How can I access the relevant information?

First of all you need to find a well-suitable suject for your studies in the list of offered subjects. There you can also see whether your subject is admission restricted. Especially for incomings it is useful to contact different institutes for further information regarding special subjects. Moreover the Student Council of Mechanical Engineering (or the other student councils) are there to give you guidance and advice.

  • The International Office (IO) can help you with your application und offers consultation regarding various topics during your stay regarding various topics like regulations of residence, social matters and many more. The majority of your questions can already be answered using the Self-Service.

  • The AStA of RWTH, which represents all students of the RWTH and offers consultations regarding social aspects, for example studying as a parent or the funding of your studies.
  • The Studierendenwerk Aachen supports your student life with canteens, dormitories, daycare facilityies for children and many other offers.
